We recently had our broadband upgraded to fibre by Vodafone. All went well for a week or so, but today, our phone stopped working. As part of the “upgrade”, they decided that, as we now have superfast fibre broadband, we would no longer require a telephone line!?!
We have been quoted 5 working days to have this problem fixed, but hopefully it will be sooner. For the moment we have a redirect in place which will be answered by Neasa in our Bailieborough practice, but please accept our apologies if you were trying to contact us on Tuesday morning- the phones were not ringing at our end, though we realise you would have been hearing it ringing at yours.
