Bailieborough Telephone Problems

VodafoneWe recently had our broadband upgraded to fibre by Vodafone. All went well for a week or so, but today, our phone stopped working. As part of the “upgrade”, they decided that, as we now have superfast fibre broadband, we would no longer require a telephone line!?!

We have been quoted 5 working days to have this problem fixed, but hopefully it will be sooner. For the moment we have a redirect in place which will be answered by Neasa in our Bailieborough practice, but please accept our apologies if you were trying to contact us on Tuesday morning- the phones were not ringing at our end, though we realise you would have been hearing it ringing at yours.

    The telephone line was reconnected this morning, so all is back to normal.
