Women and Reading Glasses

“My reading vision is still perfect!”

Some ground breaking research just published (well at the end of June)- women require reading glasses at a younger age than men, and require more help (a higher reading addition) than men of the same age. Researchers have concluded that this is because ladies are generally smaller than men, therefore have shorter arms, and so read at a closer distance than men. And they spent money to do this research…… The full article is here, but it is really just a longwinded statement of the obvious- the closer you read, the younger you will have a problem.
